Return & Exchange Policy
1) Statutory Cooling-off Period (Taiwan)
For online (distance) purchases, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period starting the day after the order is delivered. During this period you may cancel the contract by returning the goods or by sending a written notice—no reason and no fee required under the law. (This statutory right does not apply to purchases made or picked up in physical stores.)
Important: The cooling-off period is not a product trial. If you unseal a product to check it, please keep the product, any bundled gifts, and all packaging intact and free of damage.
2) How to Start a Return or Exchange (within 7 days of delivery)
Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00).
Upload photos of the item(s), including all accessories and the outer packaging, via your order message, our official Facebook page, or LINE@.
After we confirm eligibility, we will arrange courier pick-up. Items are inspected upon receipt.
If approved, we will ship the replacement (for exchanges) or process your refund (for returns).
3) Exchanges
One exchange per order (no second return/exchange on the same order).
Exchanges are limited to items of equal value, or higher value with the price difference paid.
Customized or personalized items (e.g., parts/appearance altered per request) are not exchangeable.
Please complete warranty registration only after the 7-day cooling-off period; registering during the period may make the product non-returnable.
4) Returns & Refunds
Refunds follow your original payment method:
Credit card: reversal within 7–14 business days (bank processing time).
Bank transfer / Cash on delivery / Installments: refund to your designated account within 7–14 business days.
Condition on arrival matters: if inspection confirms use, unsealing, or packaging damage, we may charge up to 20% refurbishment (restocking) fee.
For approved installment (no-card) plans, a 2%+ handling fee of the financed amount may apply per the provider’s terms.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
As above, complete warranty registration only after the 7-day period; registering during the period may forfeit return/exchange eligibility.
5) Packaging & Condition Requirements
To protect your rights and ensure safe transport, please return items in their original condition:
Keep original packaging (outer carton, inner boxes, bags, plastic films). Do not write on or affix shipping labels directly to the manufacturer’s box—use a protective outer carton.
No damage, scratches, stains, or cleaning marks on products or gifts.
Consumable items (e.g., gift vouchers) should be used after the cooling-off period.
6) Service Hours & Notes
Customer service hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (local time; excluding public holidays).
During seasonal peaks, public holidays, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), processing times may be extended.
This Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
