Shipping Instructions

Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding order date & holidays).
Delivery is available Monday to Friday only. No pickups or deliveries on weekends/holidays; shipments will be delayed accordingly.
During peak seasons, holidays, or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters), shipments may be delayed.
Remote areas, mountainous regions, eastern Taiwan, and offshore islands may require an additional 2–5 days for delivery.
For Home Delivery: Actual delivery schedule depends on the courier’s route planning.
For Convenience Store Pickup: Please check SMS notifications and pick up within 3 days of arrival. Uncollected parcels causing shipping losses will be borne by the customer.
